This diet makes approximately 5 times its weight when cooked. One dry 2oz packet makes approximately 11 oz of wet food.

Instructions for cooking our Hornworm Food:

1. Boil 1 cup of water on the stove.
2. Once the water is at a rolling boil, add dry food slowly while simultaneously whisking either by hand or with an electric mixer.
3. Mix contents on heat until all powder is completely and evenly blended. NO CLUMPS!
4. Remove from heat and continue to mix for 3-4 minutes.
5. Pour into desired container and let solidify at room temperature (This will take 1-2 hours).
6. Hornworm food is ready to use.
